Prof. Dr. Mobin Khan

Prof. Dr. Mobin Khan was a pioneering liver and digestive health expert in Bangladesh, widely regarded as the father of hepatology. With multiple international qualifications including FRCP and FACP, he brought advanced liver care techniques to Dhaka. His clinical focus included managing complex cases like viral hepatitis and liver cirrhosis.

As the founding chairman of hepatology at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University Hospital, Dr. Khan developed treatment protocols still used nationwide.
